It can also be raised and lowered quickly, which is convenient for the operator to use. Adopting vertical lifting feeding method, using advanced double nut ball screw and hydraulic horizontal feeding guide ring, it has good dustproof, small clearance and dry friction.

The working table is large, which can be hydraulically reciprocated and can be rotated at an adjustable speed, so that the processed finished bricks have good consistency, high efficiency and energy saving. The main shaft of the worktable adopts high-precision single-grain radial needle roller bearings and large thrust ball bearings, and the operation is uniform and stable. The turntable motor adopts electromagnetic speed regulating motor, and the speed can be appropriately selected according to the hardness and smoothness of the brick. Accordion-type guide rail guards prevent long-term use, abrasive grinding guide rails, bearings, etc. from affecting the accuracy.
